Or so the decal sellers claim. But what about your console? Will it be gunked forever should you tire of your Ghost in the Shell Xbox skin? How easy are they to apply?

I reccomend buying the new Krylon Fusion paint and creating your own masterpiece. I took my 2nd xbox, taped it off and painted it all white with Fusion paint and it is incredible. The paint really does fuse to the plastic and won't scratch off (unless you really really try. It looks like the case was actually cast in white. The only downside is if you want to paint the entire xbox (or PS2, GC, whatever) you really should take the system apart and keep all the internal components away from the spray paint (of course).

Be creative; make a stencil using contact paper (the stuff they use to line the bottom of kitchen cabinets). Don't spend $15-20 on something cheesy that a bunch of other can buy. Put that money towards making your console unique.
